How to Process Digital Signature Application with OTP based “Aadhaar Paperless Offline e-KYC?”

E-Mudhra has Introduced super easy process to get digital signatures certificate instantly through your Aadhar Number and One Time Password even from your Smart Phone. The only requirement is that Your AADHAR must be linked with your mobile number or email to receive OTP.

  1. Collect the Documents (Aadhar Copy, PAN copy, e-mail Id, Mobile No) from your client.
  2. Use this form to create a new account for eKYC. Before completing this form, you should have your Aadhaar XML downloaded from www.uidai.gov.in. Please note, you should use the mobile number given in Aadhaar, and can have only one account for particular mobile number.
  3. Fill your Aadhar, Pan, Challenge Code (fill any number & remember it).
  4. Press GET OTP Button and a SMS will come to your AADHAR LINKED Mobile and/or Email.
  5. Fill Captcha in bottom of Form and press submit.
  6. On Next Screen You will see your Aadhar & Pan details. If it is ok then press submit button.
  7. Now you will see Video Recording Instructions on Screen. Download your digital signature Application.
  8. Simply Install eMudhra Customer App from Google Play Store or Apple App Store on your Smart Phone.
  9. Open App —> Video Recording —> Input Your Application Number & Your Date of Birth (as per Aadhar or see downloaded Application form or contact us)
  10. Now proceed video recording, you need to answer questions like your name, date of birth, have you applied DSC etc.
  11. When video recording done then emudhra will receive your application for approval.
  12. Once it is approved, Download the signature (via details obtained after completion of video verification) in the etoken and forward it to your client.
